8:30 Traditional

Traditional Anglican Service

This service is held in the church built in 1873 to accommodate the worshipping, praying people of Dingley.

Today it is a prayerbook service with a blend of traditional and contemporary hymns accompanied by the
beautiful Stutchere Pipe Organ. The communion service follows one of the three orders published in the 'A Prayer Book for Australia' (1995).

On fifth Sundays, where it occurs, we follow the order for Morning Prayer including the canticles and prayers familiar to Anglican worship.

As is the priority at CCD, the teaching is Bible based and expectant of the Holy Spirit's role in our healing and growth. Fellowship following the service includes a cuppa and raisin toast! (in the adjoining Atrium).

Service begins at 8:30am
